Ryan McMillan of Snow Hill, Md., runs a lot and he’s fast. He makes it look effortless and is often running before and after local club runs to get in extra miles. His running career has taken him from a surprise 5k to top performances, and recently coached a local runner to a state title. He lives in Snow Hill, Md.
