I’ve been a runner for 17 years and enjoy road and trail races of all distances. I’ve done regular races, 24-hour events, overnight relay events, and ultramarathons. Each race and event are different and have their own challenges. I also run with TEAM 360 as a wingman, helping individuals with physical challenges to complete mainstream athletic events. Early on, I learned that running is a solo sport best done with others. I run alone and in groups, and I have learned so much through the years from the running community. Whether I’m running with someone who is challenging me to go a little faster, or I have questions on training or injuries, fellow runners are eager to help.
